More than thirty years of experience with prototype manufacturing, including high-tech components for space, have boosted our workforce’s problem-solving capabilities. We can produce anything from single parts to serial production. Our workshop is closely connected with our in-house engineers, in case you need clarifications around the manufacturing drawings.

Manufacturing
We have CNC-machining centres and turning machines with up to 5 axes, with capacity milling up to 1800x700x700mm and lathe up to Ø430x1280mm. 3D models are imported directly into our CNC programming tool EdgeCam, and all parts are delivered with serial numbers (laser marking or embossing) and the necessary technical documentation as specified.
From sketch to final manufacturing drawing, product specification, manufacturing and verification testing – we can support you every step of the way.
Customization
If you’re unsure of how to optimize your product for manufacturing – let us review your drawings, and we can propose an optimized manufacturing process. We inspect and control all our parts in a dedicated measurement laboratory to verify all quality aspects.
Testing
If you need vibration, pressure, temperature or material testing to verify your product specifications, we have in-house facilities for these types of tests. To avoid unpleasant surprises during testing, we can also support you in the design phase.
